Proof Studio Terms of Use

These terms apply to Sticker Euphoria Proof Studio, the proofing and production application operated by Sticker Euphoria. They supplement the applicable store policies and order terms.
Purpose and access
Proof Studio lets customers prepare and approve sticker artwork through supported Sticker Euphoria product pages. A separate private workspace is used by authorized staff for production. Use the app only for authorized artwork and legitimate Sticker Euphoria orders or staff production work. Do not attempt to access another customer's files, bypass access controls, or disrupt the service.
Your artwork
You must own or have permission to use the artwork you submit. You retain your rights to your artwork. By submitting it, you authorize Sticker Euphoria and the service providers involved in fulfilling your order to store, display, process, and reproduce it as needed to prepare proofs, produce your stickers, send order-related emails, and provide support.
Review and approval
Review the design, spelling, dimensions, border, quantity, and finish before approving. Screen previews may differ from printed output because of display settings, color conversion, materials, and production tolerances. Proof Studio is a preview and preparation tool; an approval does not replace the purchase of the corresponding product.
If something looks wrong or a required option is unavailable, contact us before completing approval or use the manual proof option. Changes requested after approval depend on the order's production stage. Contact stickereuphoriashop@gmail.com promptly if you need help.
Order processing and timing
Paid and approved orders can enter production. Standard production time is 3–7 business days after approval, starting the next business day; weekends and holidays are excluded. Shipping time is additional and depends on the delivery service selected. These terms do not change the store's applicable cancellation, refund, reprint, or shipping policies, or any rights provided by law.
Google and Gmail connection
The Gmail connection is reserved for the authorized store administrator. Authorization permits Proof Studio to identify the connected Google account and send transactional proof-approval messages from the store account. Customers do not need to connect Gmail to create a proof. The administrator can revoke authorization through Google Account settings; email delivery through that connection will then stop until an authorized connection is restored.
Availability and support
Uploads, previews, production-file preparation, and email delivery depend on the app and its service providers and may be delayed or interrupted. Contact us if an upload or approval appears incomplete, an image is missing, or an expected email does not arrive. A missing email alone does not establish whether an order or proof was accepted.
