Proof Studio Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Sticker Euphoria handles information in Sticker Euphoria Proof Studio, including its Google and Gmail connection. It covers the proofing application and its production workflow. Purchases and other activity on our Shopify storefront are also subject to the store's applicable policies.
Information processed by Proof Studio
- Artwork and proof information: uploaded designs, generated previews, approved proofs, chosen dimensions, shapes, borders, finishes, quantities, and approval records.
- Order information: Shopify order identifiers and information supplied with the order, including customer name, email address, product selections, payment status, and shipping or billing contact details where included in the order information received from Shopify.
- Account and technical information: identity information used to protect the staff workspace, authorization records, connection status, and operational records used to investigate errors. Hosting services may process request information such as IP addresses and browser details. The app may use browser storage to track pending downloads on a staff device.
Google account access and Gmail permissions
Only the store administrator connects the store's Google account. Proof Studio uses Google sign-in information to verify the authorized sender's email address. It requests the openid, email, and gmail.send permissions to identify that account and send transactional proof-approval emails.
Proof Studio does not request permission to read existing Gmail messages, list contacts, access calendars, or read Google Drive files. It does not ask customers to authorize their own Gmail accounts. The app does not receive the Google account password.
We store the authorized sender's email address and OAuth credentials needed to keep the connection working. Saved OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest by the application. Google access tokens are used when sending email. We also store delivery records, including recipient address, order number, proof identifiers, send time, and the message identifiers returned by Gmail.
How information is used
We use this information to display and save proofs, associate designs with orders, prepare production files, send approved-proof emails, support customers, troubleshoot failures, and prevent duplicate processing. The Gmail connection is used for these transactional messages, not for sending advertising campaigns.
Sticker Euphoria Proof Studio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising or profiling, or used to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
Sharing and access
Information is processed by the services needed to operate the app: Shopify for the storefront and orders, Google for account authorization and email delivery, and OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure, including Cloudflare, for application hosting and storage. Approved proof images and order information needed for the message are sent through Gmail to the customer's order email address. Production artwork may also be copied to Sticker Euphoria's local or network storage and processed using Adobe Illustrator.
Authorized staff or service providers may access proof and order information as needed to fulfill orders or provide support. Access to Google user data is limited to providing the disclosed features, authorized support, security investigations, or applicable legal requirements. We do not publish customers' artwork or order records on these informational pages.
Storage, retention, and deletion
Proofs, production files, order associations, and email delivery records are stored for order fulfillment, customer support, and operational recordkeeping. The current application does not automatically erase all records after a fixed period; files and records may remain until removed through administrative controls or a supported deletion request. Copies may exist in production storage and in sent or received mailboxes.
Connection credentials are retained to operate the authorized Gmail connection. The administrator can revoke access through Google Account connections. Revoking access stops further authorized use of the connection but does not by itself delete saved proof records or emails already sent.
To request access, correction, or deletion of information held by Sticker Euphoria, email stickereuphoriashop@gmail.com. Include the relevant order number or connected account address; do not send passwords or access tokens. We may verify the requester's identity. We will address the request and explain any information that must be retained for outstanding orders, disputes, security, or legal obligations. Deleting app records does not remove copies already received by an email recipient.
Security
Proof Studio uses encrypted HTTPS connections, access controls for its administrative functions, and encrypted storage of saved OAuth credentials. No system can guarantee absolute security. Please contact us promptly if you believe information or account access has been misused.
Changes and contact
