My stickers came out exactly the way I wanted. Great service
I had ordered these stickers and the stars just didn't align with the holiday. When they finally got shipped, the delivery date was past when I needed them. I wrote several frustrated emails, and got a response, but it wasn't satisfactory.
They ended up getting here the day before I left for my trip, and they were fantastic! My apologies for the tone of my email... 1/2 a star off becuase the only place the delivery expectations were found were on the actual ordering page, and so in order to find the info you would have to click on that page. They should be in the FAQ so that delivery expectations are easy to find. Also, the emails back were a little cold and AI feeling... so communication could be a little better.
All that aside, I would order from this company again. Now that I know to order at least a month in advance to be safe, the sticker quality was great. I was very happy with the results. I went from being ready to completely go scorched earth and write some pretty negative reviews, to sending links to the website to people and telling them to use these guys. Not my favorite customer experience, but now that I know.... These guys will be my go-to...
